“The room was very clean and the staff was polite and helpful. The location was perfect for all we needed to do in the area. The issues we had were the light outside our room was so bright and the room does not have a black out curtain. The room was very bright all night. There is also a doorbell that someone had fun ringing in the middle of the night. We didn't get a very good night of sleep at all. “Property was new”

“I wished breakfast started earlier for early travelers or have 24-hour coffee (I use decaf only) available. If you do, sorry I missed it. I had to leave extra early this morning.”

“The carpet and floor were sticky. The front desk moved me to another room, but it was still sticky. It had an old file smell on the carpets. I just left. I asked for my money back, but they didn’t give it to me. I left and found another place across town. I couldn't tolerate the smell and the old furniture there.”

“Very walkable property to the downtown. Parking convenient. Room was dated and not serviced until we left, so after 4 days trash and dirty linens were piled. Life machine didn’t work, no fridge, tv didn’t work, lighting was poor. Dated and tired room that needed refreshed.”

“We have stayed here many times. Usually the breakfast is a draw. But it was lacking this time. The butter was replaced by a spread. The staff did not have the breakfast properly prepared. It was not what we had grown accustomed to.”

“Things did not go as plan. I got the insurance for my trip thankfully but I was told upon check-in that I did not have a room because someone checked me in earlier and my trip was canceled. The FDC went to the back “got my booking situation” then gave me a room they had available, this is what I was told it was supposed to be a different rate and everything. It was not I just got off the phone they charged the the same amount and said my booking was never cancelled eventhough I have the emails...

“Usually I give this location 5 stars but i don't know if they were having a/c problems or what but as soon as i got off the elevator the hallway and room were muggy and damp this time.”

“Someone running in the halls hitting doors at 11:00pm at night, constant smell of weed and loud social gathering at hotel entrance until 2:00a. It was a miserable night, no sleep at all. Employees nice, room clean, breakfast sufficient.”

“The internet did not work terrible service tv wouldn’t come on because internet was down had to watch YouTube in order to get the shower on an the poor front desk lady waa new and couldn’t do a lot of things but she was nice about but I do not recommend as business wise because the internet service is horrible ”
